This run will be a bit shorter, but there are some nice hills; hills are a runner's best friend.

(elevation for 5 mile course)

The 3 mile distance will focus on learning the primary access roads and landmarks in Carolina North Forest's Bolin Creek (Carrboro) sector. We'll spend some time on several single-track connectors and provide a sense of how the trails are bordered by major way-finding corridors.
