DESCRIPTION:We’ll launch November’s book club meetings Thursday\, 10/19 at Brumley at 5:45. \nAs some of us recently discussed at coffee\, this meeting is intended to line up our reading list for November and December.  If you’d like to join\, you need to bring a title to nominate to the group. \nFor instance\, the title I’d like to bring forward is Philip K. Dick’s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. I recommend comparing the original text to the screenplays of Blade Runner and  Blade Runner 2049. I can imagine the discussion would widen to consider the implications a recursive replicant society. \n\n\nSo line up your ideas\, pump up your tires and join us for Thursday Book Club at Brumley. All ages\, and ability levels welcome!
