2009 10 M and 7k-ish results.
Both the 7K and 10 mile course are comprised of gently rolling single-track trails with beautiful views of the river and natural areas.
Both courses will be well marked with at least two aid stations for each race.

The race will be held at the beautiful Little River Regional Park.
The park offers visitors over 15 miles of single-track trails, comfortable pavilions for picnics and a giant playground for kids.
The park is located 12 miles north of Durham on Guess Road.
